The Story

Monster Piercing is a UK-based Shopify store selling piercing jewellery — 3,600+ products, 142 collections, 4.8-star rating from 700+ customers. Mountainside Medical is a US-based Shopify store selling medical supplies — thousands of SKUs from brands like Hospira, B. Braun, and McKesson.

Both stores had loyal customers. Both had strong catalogues. And both were significantly underperforming in organic search — without knowing it.

The Shopify admin showed no red flags. Products were live, collections were organized, checkout was running smoothly. But Google Search Console told a completely different story.
