Hello, Mary Ann Nicholson with Mystic Parcel, MysticParcel.com. I am a crystal shop on Shopify, active for about six months.
I was using a default theme, Dawn, on Shopify, which was easy to set up and easy to get going, but had some limitations.
I first started with the Webrex app and was able to optimize a lot of stuff in the shop so that it flowed better, but I was still running into issues with customers abandoning the process before they got to checkout. So I saw traffic but no conversions, and I reached out to Webrex Studio to help.
They were able, they're a great team, first of all, and I would definitely recommend them. Their capabilities are much wider than my use case, but they were able to really look at my shop, my positioning, my customer base, and identify similar sites and functionalities they use to remove friction between coming onto the site and conversion.
We were able to identify several things that would really help my store, and it may be different from yours, but what I liked about it is they're interdisciplinary. They assign a project manager, they routinely are communicating with you, and they document everything in a project flow and really track it, so I have visibility as to what they're doing and can comment as they go.
It was very cooperative and interactive. I felt comfortable with the work they were doing and I'm really happy with the product at the end.
So that's my use case and my experience with Webrex. I'm gonna continue to use them, but this was one specific use case I thought I would share.
